3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order.
We accept UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and wallets via our secure payment gateway.

4. Orders & Availability

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. It is accepted only upon dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, with a full refund.
Bulk or repeated fraudulent orders may be rejected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Homie logo, product images, recipes, and written content — is the intellectual property of Homie and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Homie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
